8/16/21 @ 9:30 a.m. - In case you missed it!
In February 2021, we issued a Press Release about a new software, Asset Essentials, that the County is now utilizing to streamline maintenance requests. This software allows residents to submit maintenance requests for county facilities and/or parks, as well as maintenance requests for roads, drainage, or bridge issues, through our official website, www.nassaucountyfl.com. This cloud-based computerized maintenance management software prioritizes, schedules and manages tasks and also allows technicians to monitor and track work orders on-the-go utilizing a mobile application. The most exciting feature of the software is the ability for residents to monitor their work order, beginning to end. All you have to do is create a user account and you will receive email updates as your work order progresses through the system. Attached is a step-by-step guide that will help you in creating your account and submitting work orders. If you have any questions, please contact Administrative Coordinator, Raven Jones, at (904) 530-6120 or via email at [email protected]. -Sabrina Robertson Public Information Officer 8/3/21 @ 11:15 a.m. - For the July 2021 Proudly Serving Nassau Series, we highlighted our Assistant Facilities Director, Jeff Little. It appears that the water is receding, however Public Works will provide another update this afternoon. -Sabrina Robertson Public Information Officer 7/7/21 @ 5:00 p.m. - We trust that everyone has been getting their properties ready for Elsa's arrival. Nassau County Road & Bridge has been very busy addressing ditches/areas with common drainage problems and responding to calls about washed out roads and downed trees. We thought we would share a few photos of their hard work. These brave men and women will continue to respond in the wind and rain, as long as it's deemed safe for them to be out on the roads. We appreciate all that they do for the residents of Nassau County.
-Sabrina Robertson Public Information Officer ![]() 7/7/21 @ 8:30 a.m. - Public Works still has sandbags available at both locations for anyone who wants them. Nassau County has experienced a lot of rain recently and those in low lying areas prone to flooding may want sandbags as an extra precaution. The bags are filled and ready to go at the following locations:
