The Nassau Board of County Commissioners invites you to attend a summer kick-off celebration on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 from 10am to 4pm at Main Beach Park (32 N Fletcher Ave) in Fernandina Beach. This FREE, family-friendly event featuring Wild Amelia is also brought to you by our event partners, the City of Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Get ready for live music by the headliner, The Honey Badgers, and special guests, Laid Back and The Liberty Blues Band. The stage is brought to you by The Amelia.
We’ll also have activities for all ages and interests, including exhibits from the Wild Amelia Nature Festival; Isle of 8K Beach Run, Kids Zone; Touch-a-Truck; Skateboard Competition; Food Trucks; Beer Garden; and the Vision 2050 Tent, where you can share your feedback on the draft Community Building Blocks and win some cool swag!
